EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
InRoads LLC is looking for experienced, quality individuals as equipment operators for the Portable and Metro asphalt paving crews. The position requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude that is willing to work safely in a high-intensity environment The
position will require long hours, possible night and/or weekend work and overnight travel during the construction season depending on the crew. Individuals will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening. All applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license

RAKER / GENERAL LABORER
InRoads LLC is looking for experienced, quality individuals as laborers for the asphalt paving crew, the milling crew and the grade crew of the new InRoads Des Moines Asphalt Paving Division. The position requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude that is willing to work safely in a high-intensity environment The position will require long hours, possible night and/or weekend work and some potential overnight travel during the construction season. Experience is preferred but not required. Individuals will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening. All applicants are required to have a valid drivers license and a Class A CDL is preferred. Wage is commensurate with experience and performance. TRUCK DRIVERS (DES MOINES METRO AND PORTABLE ASPHALT DIVISION)
InRoads LLC is looking for experienced, quality individuals as Truck Drivers for both the Portable and Des Moines Metro asphalt paving crews. Drivers must possess a Class A CDL and have a clean driving record. Knowledge and execution of minor daily inspection and maintenance on a commercial vehicle will be required. The position requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude that is willing to work safely in a high-intensity environment The position will require long hours, possible night and/or weekend work and overnight travel during the construction season depending on the crew. Wage is commensurate with experience and performance.
